We are inviting all patients aged over 40 years to attend for a first Covid Vaccination.
There will be a WALK-IN clinic held at Redcar Primary Care Hospital on:
SATURDAY 12TH JUNE 2021 FROM 8:45AM - 11:45AM
The clinic will be ran alongside five other GP practices and we are therefore advising our patients to attend where possible between 10:45am - 11:45am to minimise queues.
Due to extremely high volumes of calls we are experiencing regarding COVID Vaccinations, we respectfully ask that you do not phone the surgery about you COVID Vaccination. When it is the right time for you to receive your vaccination, you will receive an invitation to come forward. This may be via the phone, or through a letter either from the practice or the national booking system.
Patients can order prescriptions and/or book appointments online. To register for these services:
- You will be required to complete an on-line access form and show address confirmation such as a utility bill and also photo ID, such as a passport or photo driving licence to a member of the administration team at Huntcliff Surgery.
You will then be issued with an access code and registration instructions.
This is a quick and easy process and need only be done once.
Registered users will be provided with a password, which will be required to sign in.
Once signed up you can book appointments here or order prescriptions here.
Our Practice’s main objective is ensuring that our patients receive the optimum level of care available. Our Practice Mission Statement is as follows:-
Our wish is to accommodate the needs of our patients while promoting self-reliance. There is an emphasis on the prevention of illness while maintaining the traditional values of family medicine. We hope to provide a friendly personalised service.
We are a training practice for the Teesside branch of the Northern Deanery of the University of Newcastle which means you may see a different GP registrar in the surgery every 6 months. Training is carried out by Dr Fish. Dr Fish gives valuable tuition to these fully qualified doctors who are gaining experience in a general practice setting.
